About Bloom
Ms. Marnie founded Bloom Learning Support after being inspired by her own experiences as a teacher and a mother.
The mission of Bloom Learning Support is to provide a safe space for all learners to practice and hone foundational academic and social skills through play and multi-sensory experiences. We believe that play is at the core of how children learn and that children do well if they can. Bloom is here to really get to know your child and design, together with you, an individualized plan to meet their specific needs.
As an elementary classroom teacher with more than 8 years of experience, Ms. Marnie has worked with a wide range of learners and has been inspired by the students that have needed more than the general classroom can provide. She has stayed up at night coming up with new ways to connect with them, and help them thrive.
Most recently, Ms. Marnie has been a stay-at-home mom to two young girls. Her journey supporting her neurodivergent daughter has taught her about the importance of assembling a team with which you feel confident and comfortable. When her daughter began to live a better life, she became inspired to use her knowledge, expertise, empathy, and understanding to help other children bloom!
